Review of economic analyses completed in the prior year

On or before January 31 of each year, the House Ways and Means Committee and the Senate Finance Committee shall meet to review all economic analyses completed pursuant to Code Section 28-5-41.1 in the prior year. Amended by 2024 Ga. Laws 419,§ 4, eff. 1/1/2025. Added by 2022 Ga. Laws 716,§ 3-1, eff. 4/26/2022. Repealed by § Ga. L. 2015, p. 236, 1-1/HB 170, effective July 1, 2016.
