As used in this chapter, the term: (1) "Senior Appellate Court Judge" means a Judge, Presiding Judge, or Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals appointed to the office created by this chapter. (2) "Senior Appellate Court Justice" means an Associate Justice, Presiding Justice, or Chief Justice of the Supreme Court appointed to the office created by this chapter.
As used in this chapter, the term: (1) "Senior Appellate Court Judge" means a Judge, Presiding Judge, or Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals appointed to the office created by this chapter.
