As used in this chapter, the term: (1) "Alternative dispute resolution" or "ADR" refers to any method other than litigation for resolution of disputes. Alternative dispute resolution methods include mediation, arbitration, early case evaluation or early neutral evaluation, summary jury trial, and minitrial. (2) "Board" means the board of trustees of a Fund for the Administration of Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs created by Code Section 15-23-3 . (3) "Fund" means one or more funds created pursuant to Code Section 15-23-8 .
