Effect of chapter on requirements of the "Georgia Water Quality Control Act."

No provision of this chapter shall authorize any person to violate Article 2 of Chapter 5 of this title, the "Georgia Water Quality Control Act," or the rules and regulations promulgated and approved under said article or to pollute any waters of this state as defined in said article. Amended by 2003 Ga. Laws 36, § 5, eff. 7/1/2003.
