(1) ON THE ACTION. — When an attachment is dissolved, the attachment only shall be dissolved, and plaintiff may prosecute the action to final judgment. (2) ON WRITS OF GARNISHMENT. — When an attachment is dissolved and a writ of garnishment has been issued the garnishment shall not be dissolved in consequence of dissolution of the attachment, but shall remain in full force and abide the termination of the action.
