Except as provided in s. 736.0105(2): (1) The intent of the settlor as expressed in the terms of the trust controls the legal effect of the dispositions made in the trust. (2) The rules of construction as expressed in this part shall apply unless a contrary intent is indicated by the terms of the trust.
