Florida Code § 727.107

Duties of assignor

The assignor shall: (1) Assist the assignee in the administration of the estate and comply with all orders of the court; (2) Upon delivery of the assignment to the assignee, deliver to the assignee all of the assets of the estate in the assignor’s possession, custody, or control, including, but not limited to, all accounts, books, papers, records, and other documents; and (3) Within 30 days after the filing date, submit to examination by the assignee, under oath, concerning the acts, conduct, assets, liabilities, and financial condition of the assignor or any matter related to the assignee’s administration of the estate.
