Liens for furnishing pest control

The holder of a license under chapter 482 to engage in the business of pest control has and may enforce: (1) A lien on real property improved for any money that is owed to him or her for labor or services performed or materials furnished in accordance with his or her contract and with the direct contract, subject to the licensee’s compliance with the provisions of part I of this chapter. (2) A lien for labor and services on personal property upon which the licensee has performed pest control, subject to the licensee’s compliance with the provisions of part I of this chapter and s. 713.58.
