Actions under prior law

(1) With respect to any proceedings hereafter instituted by any person believing himself or herself to be aggrieved by a violation of any of the provisions of former s. 651.01, former s. 651.02, former s. 651.03, former s. 651.04, former s. 651.05, former s. 651.06, former s. 651.07, former s. 651.072, former s. 651.074, former s. 651.076, former s. 651.08, former s. 651.09, former s. 651.10, former s. 651.11, former s. 651.115, or former s. 651.12, any resulting judgment shall be limited to the actual monetary loss suffered by such person plus reasonable attorney’s fees. (2) With respect to the provisions of former s. 651.12, any prosecution hereafter instituted under the provisions of said section shall require an affirmative finding of intent to defraud.
