Exclusive employment; public adjusters, all

lines adjusters. — (1) An individual licensed as a public adjuster may not be simultaneously licensed as an all-lines adjuster. (2) An individual licensed as an all-lines adjuster and appointed as an independent adjuster, a company employee adjuster, or a public adjuster apprentice may not be simultaneously appointed, contracted, or employed as an adjuster that requires a different appointment type.
