Florida Code § 610.115

Discrimination prohibited

(1) The purpose of this section is to prevent discrimination among potential residential subscribers. (2) A cable or video service provider may not deny access to service to any individual or group of potential residential subscribers because of the race or income of the residents in the local area in which the individual or group resides. Enforcement of this section shall be in accordance with s. 501.2079.
