(1) It is unlawful for any vendor to store or keep any alcoholic beverages in any building or room other than: (a) The building or room shown in the diagram accompanying the vendor’s license application; (b) A building or room approved by the division and located in a county where the vendor has a license; or (c) A building or room approved by the division and used only in conjunction with a catered event operated by an entity with a license issued pursuant to s. 565.02(1)(a)-(f). (2) This section does not apply to any alcoholic beverages that are intended only for the personal consumption of the vendor, the vendor’s family, or the vendor’s personal guests.
