(1) A person who has not attained 21 years of age may not play or operate a slot machine or have access to the designated slot machine gaming area of a facility of a slot machine licensee. (2) A slot machine licensee or agent or employee of a slot machine licensee may not knowingly allow a person who has not attained 21 years of age: (a) To play or operate any slot machine. (b) To be employed in any position allowing or requiring access to the designated slot machine gaming area of a facility of a slot machine licensee. (c) To have access to the designated slot machine gaming area of a facility of a slot machine licensee. (3) The licensed facility shall post clear and conspicuous signage within the designated slot machine gaming areas that states the following: THE PLAYING OF SLOT MACHINES BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS AGAINST FLORIDA LAW (SECTION 551.113, FLORIDA STATUTES). PROOF OF AGE MAY BE REQUIRED AT ANY TIME.
