Injunction against violations

In addition to the remedies provided in this part, and notwithstanding the existence of any adequate remedy at law, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is authorized to make application for injunction to a circuit court or circuit judge and such circuit court or circuit judge shall have jurisdiction, upon hearing and for cause shown, to grant a temporary or permanent injunction, or both, restraining any person from violating or continuing to violate any of the provisions of this part or from failing or refusing to comply with the requirements of this part or any rule or regulation duly promulgated, such injunction to be issued without bond.
