(1) It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to display, or allow to be displayed on his or her premises, any sign, placard, or other advertisement relating to the retail price of gasoline unless numerals thereon indicating fractions or portions of a whole number are at least half the size of the largest whole number on such sign, and no such price of gasoline shall be advertised without the tax included. No such person, firm, or corporation shall be required to post prices pursuant to this section. (2) Violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
