(1) After filing the application, unless the department declines to issue the license or revokes it after issuance, an agency shall, within 5 working days of the withdrawal, removal, replacement, or addition of any or all partners or officers, notify and file with the department complete applications for such individuals. The agency’s good standing under this chapter shall be contingent upon the department’s approval of any new partner or officer. (2) Each agency shall, upon the employment or termination of employment of a licensee, report such employment or termination within 15 calendar days to the department and, in the case of a termination, report the reason or reasons therefor. The report shall be submitted electronically in a manner prescribed by the department.
