Florida Code § 479.04

Business of outdoor advertising; license requirement; renewal; fees

(1) A person may not engage in the business of outdoor advertising in this state without first obtaining a license from the department. Such license shall be renewed annually. The fee for such license, and for each annual renewal, is $300. License renewal fees are payable as provided for in s. 479.07. (2) A person is not required to obtain the license provided for in this section solely to erect or construct outdoor advertising signs or structures.
