(1) The commission shall adopt such rules as are necessary to effect the efficient administration of ss. 475.482-475.486. (2) It is unlawful for any person or the person’s agent to file with the commission any notice, statement, or other document required under the provisions of ss. 475.482-475.486 which is false or contains any material misstatement of fact. Any person who violates the provisions of this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
