Florida Code § 429.69

Denial, revocation, and suspension of a license

In addition to the requirements of part II of chapter 408, the agency may deny, suspend, and revoke a license for any of the following reasons: (1) Failure to comply with the background screening standards of this part, s. 408.809(1), or chapter 435. (2) Failure to correct cited fire code violations that threaten the health, safety, or welfare of residents.
