Florida Code § 414.025

Legislative intent

(1) It is the intent of the Legislature that families in this state be strong and economically self-sufficient so as to require minimal involvement by an efficient government. (2) This chapter does not entitle any individual or family to assistance under Title IV-A of the Social Security Act, as amended.
