Florida Code § 403.9425

Revocation or suspension of certification

Any certification may be revoked or suspended: (1) For any material false statement in the application or in the supplemental or additional statements of fact or studies required of the applicant when a true answer would have warranted the board’s refusal to recommend a certification in the first instance. (2) For failure to comply with the terms or conditions of the certification. (3) For violation of the provisions of ss. 403.9401-403.9425 or rules or orders issued thereunder.
