(1) There is created the Emergency Medical Services Trust Fund in the State Treasury, which shall be used exclusively for those purposes provided by law. (2) Any funds appropriated in the General Appropriations Act for functions related to emergency medical services, and any other funds that become available for functions related to emergency medical services, must be deposited in the Emergency Medical Services Trust Fund.
