(1) In addition to the requirements of part II of chapter 408, separate licenses are required for PPEC centers maintained on separate premises, even though they are operated under the same management. Separate licenses are not required for separate buildings on the same grounds. (2) In accordance with s. 408.805, an applicant or licensee shall pay a fee for each license application submitted under this part, part II of chapter 408, and applicable rules. The amount of the fee shall be established by rule and may not be less than $1,000 or more than $3,000 per biennium. (3) County-operated or municipally operated PPEC centers applying for licensure under this part are exempt from the payment of license fees.
