Additional assessment; Wildlife Alert Reward Association, Inc

(1) As used in this section, the term “convicted” or “conviction” means any judicial disposition other than acquittal or dismissal. (2) In addition to any other penalty provided by law, a court may order a person who is convicted of a violation of this chapter or of a rule or order of the commission to pay an assessment directly to Wildlife Alert Reward Association, Inc. (3) Wildlife Alert Reward Association, Inc., may pay a reward, from the funds assessed pursuant to subsection (2), to a person who provides information leading to the arrest of an individual or individuals for a violation of this chapter or of a rule or order of the commission.
