The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is located at the state capital, and, when suitable adequate office space cannot be provided in the State Capitol Building, or other buildings owned by the state, the commission may rent or lease suitable office space in Tallahassee. Said commission may also rent or lease suitable and adequate space in other cities and towns of the state for branch or division offices and headquarters and storerooms for equipment and supplies, as the business of the commission may require or necessitate, payment for said rented or leased premises to be made from the State Game Trust Fund.
