(1) Each state park is encouraged to have on the premises at all times a functioning automated external defibrillator. (2) State parks that provide automated external defibrillators shall ensure that employees and volunteers are properly trained in accordance with s. 401.2915. (3) The location of each automated external defibrillator shall be registered with a local emergency medical services medical director. (4) The use of automated external defibrillators by employees and volunteers shall be covered under the provisions of ss. 768.13 and 768.1325.
