Approved operating budgets and appropriations for the legislative branch

(1) The Governor and the Chief Financial Officer shall each make changes to the original approved operating budgets for operational and fixed capital expenditures relating to the legislative branch as directed by the presiding officers of the legislative branch. (2) The Governor and the Chief Financial Officer shall each ensure that any balances of appropriations made to the legislative branch are carried forward as directed by the presiding officers of the legislative branch.
