Sale and exchange of securities

Securities or investments purchased or held under the provisions of this chapter may be sold or exchanged for other securities or investments; provided, however, that no sale or exchange shall be at a price less than the market price of the securities or investments to be sold or exchanged unless such sale or exchange is pursuant to a call option having a strike price more than the price of the securities on the date the option was written or unless such sale or exchange has received the unanimous approval of the board.
