Florida Code § 20.14

Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services

There is created a Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. (1) The head of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is the Commissioner of Agriculture. (2) The following divisions of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services are established: (a) Administration. (b) Agricultural Environmental Services. (c) Animal Industry. (d) Aquaculture. (e) Consumer Services. (f) Food Safety. (g) Florida Forest Service. (h) Fruit and Vegetables. (i) Licensing. (j) Marketing and Development. (k) Plant Industry. (l) Food, Nutrition, and Wellness. (3) Bureaus may be established as deemed necessary to promote efficient and effective operation of the department, pursuant to s. 20.04.
