For the purposes of this chapter, the term: “Pharmaceutical product” shall have the same meaning as provided in § 3-1201.02(10A)(B)(iii) . “Practice of pharmaceutical detailing” shall have the same meaning as provided in § 3-1201.02(10A) [ § 3-1201.02(10A)(A) ].
