Repealed. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Educational and Cultural Institutions; Institutions of Learning; Medical and Dental Colleges; Post-Secondary Institutions; and Veterans Training. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive an Educational Services license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Athletic Exhibition; Billiard Parlor; Bowling Alley; Carnival (including street festivals); Circus; Mechanical Amusement; Moving Picture Theater; Public Hall; Business Street Photographer; Skating Rinks; Special Events; and Theater (live). Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive an Entertainment license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories, except that where special endorsements or permits are required for hazardous waste treatment or asbestos waste abatement, these special endorsements or permits shall be obtained separately: Asbestos Abatement Business; Bulk Fuel Metering; Bulk Fuel Storage Plant; Bulk Fuel Above Ground Tank; Dry Cleaner; Explosives; Fireworks Sales; Gasoline Dealer; Hazardous Waste Management; Kerosene; Pesticide Applicator; Pesticide Operator; Pyroxylin; Restricted Use Pesticide Dealer; Solid Waste Collectors; Solid Waste Handling Facilities; Solid Waste Vehicles; Solvent Sales; and Varsol Sales. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive an Environmental Materials license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Check Sellers; Consumer Credit Service Organization; Fraternal Benefit Associations; Insurance Companies; Insurance Premium Finance Companies; Insurance Rating Organizations; Life and Fire Insurance Companies; Marine Insurance; Money Lender; Mortgage Lenders and Brokers; Reinsurance Intermediary; Risk Retention Group; and Sales/Finance Company. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive a Financial Services license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Candy Manufacturing; Commercial Merchant Food; Ice Cream Manufacturing; and Marine Product. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Food Establishment Retail license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Bakery; Caterers; Delicatessen; Food Product; Food Vending Machines; Grocery; Restaurant; and Vendor (A). Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Food Establishment Retail license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Boarding House; Hotel; Inn and Motel; and Rooming House. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Housing: Transient license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Apartment House; and Cooperative Association. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Housing: Residential License endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Ambulance; Auctioneer; Auctioning; Elevators; Hearing-aid dealer; Horse Drawn Carriage Trade; Pawnbrokers; Pet shops; Secondhand Dealers (A); Secondhand Dealers (C); Security Alarm Dealers; and Taxicab. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive an Inspected Sales and Services license endorsement. Mattress manufacturing license is eliminated as a separate license category. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishment listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive a Manufacturing license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Auto Repossessor; Auto Rental; Auto Wash; Consumer Goods (Auto Repair); Driving School; Motor Vehicle Dealer; Motor Vehicle Sales; and Tow Truck. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive a Motor Vehicle Sales, Service, and Repair license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center; Health Provider Plans; Home Health Agency; Hospital-Medical/surgical; Hospital-ICU/Coronary; Hospital-OB/GYN; Hospital-Nursery; Hospital-Intermediate Neonatal and Neonatal Intensive Care; Hospital-Pediatrics; Hospital-Alcoholism/Chemical Dependency; Hospital-Rehabilitation; Hospital-Psychiatric; Maternity Center; Non-hospital Outpatient Facility; Nursing Home; Renal Dialysis Center; and Substance Abuse Treatment Center. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Health Care Facility license endorsement. For any Hospital-Psychiatric, both this endorsement and the master business license shall be issued by the Department of Mental Health. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Community Residence Facility; and Group Homes for Mentally Retarded People. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Human Services Facility license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Child Development Centers; Child Development Homes; Child-Placing Agencies; and Youth Residential Facilities. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Child health and Welfare license endorsement. For Youth Residential Facilities that are Foster Homes or Group Homes, and for Child-Placing Agencies, both this endorsement and the master business license shall be issued by the Child and Family Services Agency. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Barber Shop; Beauty Shop; Health Spa; Massage Establishment; and Swimming Pool. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Public Accommodations license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Drug Distributor; Drug Manufacturer; Patent Medicine; and Pharmacy. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals license endorsement. The funeral services establishment license is eliminated as a separate license category. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishment listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Funeral Establishments license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Installer of Radioactive Equipment; Low Level Radioactive Waste Generator; Repairer of Radioactive Equipment; and Supplier of Radioactive Equipment. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Radioactive Equipment license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Clinical Laboratory; and Physician Office Laboratory. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph shall receive a Public Health: Laboratory license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Dealers in Dangerous Weapons; Firearms Dealer; Private Detective Agencies; and Retail Weapons Dealer. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive a Public Safety license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Employment Agency; Employer Paid Personnel Service; and Employment Counseling. Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the following establishments shall receive an Employment Services license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Barber Chair; Beauty Booth; Bingo Suppliers; Cigarette Sales Retail; Cigarette Sales Wholesale; Mattress Sales; Second Hand Dealers (B); Solicitor; Vendor (B); and Vendor (D). Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive a General Sales license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Consumer Goods (Electronic Repair); Dry Cleaner; Home Improvement; Moving of Household Goods; Outdoor Signs; Parking Establishment; Power Laundry; Tour Guide (A); and Tour Guide (B). Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for the establishments listed in paragraph (1) of this subsection shall receive a General Services and Repair license endorsement. The following licenses are eliminated as separate license categories: Charitable Solicitation; and Cooperative Associations (Non-residential). Businesses meeting the criteria established by law or regulation for these establishments shall receive a General Business license endorsement. The following licenses are hereby eliminated: Bottling Establishment; Close Out Sale; Coal Dealer; Elevator Operator; Job Listing; Food Handlers; Cigarette Vending Machine; Laundry (Hand/Ironing); Livery; Medium; Moving Pictures, Film Storage; Public Scale; Shooting Gallery; Slot Weight Machine; Street Photographer; Rental Housing Locator; Abattoirs or Slaughterhouse; and Money Lender (B).
