Definitions.

For the purposes of this part, the term:
“Behavioral health” means a person’s overall social, emotional, and psychological well-being and development.
“Health education standards” means the specific learning requirements related to health that the Office of the State Superintendent of Education requires students to learn at each academic level, from pre-K through 12th grade.
