Reports of other personnel.

The Executive Officer or the chief judge may request such reports as may be necessary to the efficient administration of the courts from —
the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia,
the Corporation Counsel,
the United States Marshal for the District of Columbia,
the Commissioner [Mayor] of the District of Columbia,
the superintendent of any hospitals or institutions to which persons have been committed by the Superior Court,
the District of Columbia Public Defender Service,
the District of Columbia Bail Agency [District of Columbia Pre-trial Services Agency],
the District of Columbia Department of Corrections,
the Chief of the Metropolitan Police Department,
the District of Columbia Department of Public Health [Department of Health], and
the District of Columbia Department of Public Welfare [Department of Human Services].
