(a) Any public hearing required by this chapter shall be held within the County and notice of the time and place thereof shall be published in 2 newspapers of general circulation in the County. Notice shall be published at least 15 days before the date of the hearing. In addition, notice of the hearing shall be posted on the property itself. The notice shall state the place at which the text and maps relating to the proposed change may be examined. (b) Public notice of any formal action taken in regard to public hearings as required by this chapter shall be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the County within 15 days of such action.
