Commission organization; power and duties

(a) At the first regularly scheduled meeting of the Commission in July of each year, the Commission shall convene and organize by
selecting a chair. Before entering upon the duties of the office, each member shall take and subscribe the oath or affirmation prescribed
by the Constitution. The Commission may create and fill such other offices in addition to chair as it may determine. It shall adopt rules
for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, which record shall
be a public record.
(b) Three voting members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum.
(c) The county government shall provide suitable and convenient office space for the use and occupancy of the Commission, and shall
furnish and supply all necessary equipment for the office.
