Promptly upon the filing of a petition as prescribed in § 503 of this title, the county government shall adopt a resolution requesting the State Department of Transportation to survey and make a plot of the community, which shall show: (1) The boundaries of the community; (2) The streets as then existing; (3) The names, location and post-office addresses of all freeholders in the community, as they appear on the records of the board of assessment of the county in which the suburban community is located; and (4) The street frontage in feet owned by each freeholder and, in the case of corner properties the street frontage and street sideage in feet owned by each freeholder.
