Status of corporation

Any corporation desiring to renew, extend and continue its corporate existence shall, upon complying with applicable constitutional
provisions of this State, continue as provided in its certificate effecting the foregoing as a corporation and shall, in addition to the rights,
privileges and immunities conferred by its charter, possess and enjoy all the benefits of this chapter, which are applicable to the nature of
its business, and shall be subject to the restrictions and liabilities by this chapter imposed on such corporations.
