License requirements for members of the armed forces

Any member of the armed forces of the United States of America, including any Reserve component thereof, serving on full-time active
duty in the State of Delaware while not deployed or on temporary duty, and any member of Delaware's National Guard, shall be deemed
a resident of this State for the purpose of obtaining a license to hunt, trap, and fish in this State. Each such application shall be supported
by a written statement signed by the applicant's commanding officer certifying to the applicant's place of station and duty status.
