Delivery of deeds; restrictions therein

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, together with the Governor of this State, may execute and deliver
a good and sufficient deed to any part of the public lands of this State, and may place upon the sale of such lands a restriction requiring
the expenditure by any person purchasing the same of a certain amount of money upon any tract sold to them, or may require any other
conditions which the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control deems advisable for the public good.
