The ditch order, together with any amendment thereto, shall be a permanent court record and shall be kept in the office of the
prothonotary of the county wherein it was issued and copies of the ditch order shall be recorded in a Tax Ditch Volume in the office of the
recorder of deeds in the county where the tax ditch is located. A filing fee for all new tax ditch orders shall be charged by the office of the
recorder of deeds after the effective date of this legislation. It shall not be removed from that office except in cases where an emergency
so requires. The prothonotary shall make such docket entries of proceedings as directed by rule of court.
