Delaware Code § 7-1305

Violations by corporations; service; collection of fines

Where a corporation is accused of violating this part, the warrant of arrest may be read to the president, secretary, or manager in this
State, or to any general or local agent thereof in any county where the action or indictment is pending. Upon return of the warrant so
served, the corporation shall be deemed in court and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. Any fine imposed may be collected by execution
against the property of the corporation. This section shall not exempt an agent or employee from prosecution.
