Local manager

Every shopping center, whether owned by a single entity which leases the said shopping center or owned by a group of merchants
or other persons, shall have a local representative or manager, easily accessible to the general public. Such representative or manager
shall be authorized and equipped to represent the owner or owners of the shopping center in the answering of questions, enforcement of
regulations and the arbitration of disputes. Each store which is part of the shopping center or which is a member of the shopping center
association shall post in a conspicuous location within the store, a poster containing the name, address and phone number of the local
representative or manager.
