Delaware Code § 6-2412A

License in another state

If a provider holds a license or certificate of registration in another state authorizing it to provide debt-management services, and the
Attorney General has approved the application forms of that state for use under this chapter, the provider may submit a copy of that license
or certificate and the application for it in lieu of an application in the form prescribed by § 2405A(a), § 2406A, or § 2411A(b) of this title.
