(a) Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce of this State shall be unlawful. (b) It is unlawful for a person to monopolize, attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any other persons to monopolize trade or commerce of this State.
