(a) The organizational documents shall provide that the workers cooperative intends to operate on a cooperative basis and to comply with the requirements of this chapter. (b) A workers cooperative under this chapter may perform services for and receive services from its patrons, members, stockholders and other persons and engage in such other activities as may be reasonably related to the provision or receipt of such services. In addition, a workers cooperative may engage in any other lawful activity.
