(a) The parties to an electronic contract may choose an exclusive judicial forum; provided, however, that the provisions of §§ 1-301 and 2708 of this title shall apply to such choice; provided further that if the contract is a consumer contract the choice is not enforceable if such choice is unreasonable and unjust. (b) A judicial forum specified in an agreement is not exclusive unless the agreement expressly so provides.
