The president and a majority of the directors elected at the organization meeting of the incorporators shall make, sign and make oath to, a certificate (hereinafter called "articles of organization") setting forth: (1) A true copy of the articles of association; (2) The names of the subscribers thereto; (3) The name, residence and post-office address of each of the officers of the corporation; and (4) The date of the first meeting and the successive adjournments thereof, if any.
