Not more than 1 place of business or 1 mobile unit shall be maintained under the same license. More than 1 license may be issued to the same licensee upon compliance with this chapter for each new license. (Code 1935, § 2408E; 46 Del. Laws, c. 287, § 1; 5 Del. C. 1953, § 2722.)
