Maintenance of books and records by licensee

(a) Every licensee shall maintain such books, accounts and records relating to all transactions within this chapter as will enable the
Commissioner to enforce full compliance with this chapter.
(b) Each licensee that engages in the business of making mortgage loans, as defined by § 2403(13) of this title, shall submit to the
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry developed and maintained by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the
American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators reports of condition, which shall be in such form and shall contain such
information as the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry may require.
