Delaware Code § 5-123

False statements, entries or reports; penalty

Every director, officer, agent, clerk or employee of any institution affected by § 122 of this title, who wilfully and knowingly subscribes
or makes any false statement of facts or false entries in the books of the institution, or knowingly subscribes or exhibits any false paper,
with intent to deceive any person authorized to examine as to the condition of the institution, or wilfully or knowingly subscribes to or
makes any false report, shall be fined or imprisoned, or both.
